We are the swim club Swim Power Simidrottsföreningen, operating at Centralbadet, Skärblacka, and Åby in Norrköping. We have approximately 320 swimmers participating weekly in our swim schools and training groups. We are now looking for dedicated and responsible swim instructors and coaches who want to become part of our operations.

All practical work is scheduled for the afternoons.

Are you pedagogical, comfortable in the water, and enjoy working with people of all ages? Do you have an interest in swimming and development? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the role

We are looking for both swim instructors and coaches. The role is flexible and can be adapted to your experience and availability.

We would appreciate it if you could combine both roles, which can offer a broader scope of work. At the same time, we welcome those who wish to work in only one of the roles, or take responsibility for one or several groups.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible and reliable
• Has good communication skills
• Is solution-oriented and takes initiative
• Enjoys working with people of different ages
• Has an interest in swimming, training, and pedagogy
• Has experience as an instructor and/or coach (advantageous but not a requirement)

It is an advantage if you can travel to our different facilities on your own, as we operate at Centralbadet, in Skärblacka, and in Åby. This is particularly relevant if you wish to work more than 1–2 days per week.

The form of employment is flexible and adapted to your experience, availability, and area of responsibility within the operation. Opportunities exist for internships, hourly positions, as well as part-time or full-time work.

For those combining the roles of instructor and coach, there are good opportunities for a larger position.

If you are looking for work as an instructor and lack education or experience, we can offer an hourly position to start with. You need to have the right personal qualities and be available for internship and training with us already in May, in order to start work in August.
